One of the major limitations of SMS based services is that it can be accessed only through a mobile phone. In this scenario TNG presents the Voice Portal for BSNL/AIRTEL/MTNL Landlines. This can offer various interactive information services on Landlines.
TNG can up connectivity to its IVRS Servers placed at the operator end through a code 1250XXX. This can handle up to 10000 calls at an instant. The process flow which will guide the user can be managed at the interest of the client.
As in the case of SMS the user’s landline number along with the date and time of calling will be stored automatically which can be retrieved in real time from the web application managing the IVR service.
Any News, results, information regarding the events can be placed on the voice portal which is access able to the public any time. The EUP (end user pricing) can be set as desirable at for local/Pan India connectivity.
